• Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee. • No-Shows Guests who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the next guest’s appointment time. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service cost. • Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the final service cost.
